City Seasons Hotel & Suites Muscat, Muscat

The hotel has some nice aspects, like a shaded underground garage which was a pleasant surprise after a few minor issues were quickly resolved. However, the room setup was a letdown as we ended up with twin beds instead of smoking rooms, slightly affecting the experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms offered complete facilities perfect for our family, although the view overlooked a parking lot. The service was great and helpful, except for an incident of opening my bag without permission. The location was ideal, near a grocery store and in a cozy area, though there was construction nearby. The dining was rich and extensive but a bit expensive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience.
